Refund policy

Products returned or exchanged to Steadfast Forge require a valid Return Authorization number (RA) clearly posted on the outside of the box. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges on used products or custom  orders. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For exchanges, we credit for the initial order (returned product less any applicable fees, including restock and freight) and charge for a new order (replacement product). 

Obtain a Return Authorization number (RA) by emailing our customer service at mark@steadfastforge.com. Include order number and phone number or email address and we will contact you within 1-2 business days. Steadfast Forge does not automatically generate RA's online.
